ME was a go-getter from the start. I was talking with 3 different agents when looking for one in the Dayton Metro area. From the moment she answered the phone and I told her which property we were interested in, she said "I can be over there in 5 minutes and I'll send you a video." Great! By that afternoon, we were under contract and closed a week later. Being this was our first time purchasing as out-of-state investors, ME was helpful at every turn.
